2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from Bornaballer.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our ePrivacy & Protection Policy, and all other applicable policies on our site.

3. Products & Production-After-Order (PAO)

Approximately 95% of BAB products are BAB Originals™ — made exclusively after you order using our Production-After-Order (PAO™) model. This means:

• Products are produced fresh, specifically for your order — not held in bulk stock.
• Items are online-exclusive and not available in physical retail stores.
• Production typically begins within 1–72 hours of your order being confirmed.
• Because items are custom-produced for you, cancellations must be requested immediately after ordering — before production begins.

*Product images are representative — not exact. All product images on Bornaballer.com are mockups used for illustrative purposes only. Because every item is freshly produced after your order, slight variations in color, print placement, or finish may occur depending on the product type, production technique, and factory used. This is normal and expected with on-demand production — and does not affect the quality of your item.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. BAB reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

We accept all major payment methods available through Shopify Payments and PayPal, including credit/debit cards and other local payment options.

Payment is processed securely. BAB never sees, saves, or stores your full card details — all payments are handled by PCI DSS Level 1 compliant processors.

*Prices, taxes & duties: Displayed prices may or may not include VAT/sales tax depending on your location. EU customers will see VAT-inclusive prices where applicable. Any import duties, customs fees, or additional local taxes for non-EU destinations are the sole responsibility of the customer. BAB is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your country’s customs authority.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from our global network of 100+ PAO Factories in 33 countries across 6 continents. Orders are automatically routed to the factory closest to you — for faster, more eco-friendly delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. BAB is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We stand behind our products with our BAB-365 Guarantee — offering returns, exchanges, and refunds for eligible orders within 365 days of delivery.

*Important — Custom-Produced Items: Because BAB Originals™ are individually produced after your order, they are classified as custom-made goods. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), custom-made or clearly personalized goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. This means returns based solely on a change of preference may not be accepted for custom-produced items — unless the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described.

Bornaballer BAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our site or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

*Force Majeure: BAB is not responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling an order caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will do our best to communicate updates and find a fair solution for all affected customers.

11. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.

*Your consumer rights are always protected. Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or removes any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. EU customers retain all rights granted under applicable EU consumer protection directives — regardless of any other clause in these terms. Where local mandatory law provides greater protection than these terms, local law prevails.

Swedish consumers may also contact the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN) at www.arn.se for dispute resolution.
